Retro Movement photos will be at the.....

This is the reason why I had to working on my photo library ..... THE GREENROOM FESTIVAL.

Recently I was invited by my friend Takashi to grab my photos, print with fine art quality, put some nice frames on and fly to Osaka - JAPAN to show them at the Greenroom Festival by the 22nd of next May as a representative of the surfing scene here in the old Portugal.

It is great to have your work recognize and be able to travel because of it is even greater. Besides all the experience of participate on a big event such as the Greenroom it's those kind of things that pushes you to go further.

I've already experienced that in the surfboard scene and now I'm experimenting on the photography work too.

For sure I'm gonna take some time to shoot and mostly to seeand feel the Japanese culture, life style, their traditions.... I guess that's the best of traveling any way.

It is quiet interesting to see how we evolve our look and thoughts about something we like. lately I'm spending a lot of time on my laptop working on all my photo library. It's something that you only do it if you really need it, and I need so I had to get some serious work and I'm glad I did it. I've been finding a lot of photos with great potential to be great photos and they were like king of forgotten. I'll post soon some of those photos so that you can have a look too...........

Now I have all the facilities just 2 minutes from my home and the surf, I have to be honest and tell you that I do miss a lot my old factory in the mid of Alentejo and the company of the good old "Toine" always taking care of his sheep and vegetables....

The Litmus is all about surfing culture like surfing should be all about, not about money and show off, jerks and stupid society men.
When you see a movie like this you're experience something greater than anything, it's all about surf, cool surfers, good uncrowded waves, beautiful music and great photography.
